'Practice Log Hand Fitness Part 1  Content: 1. Warm Up 2. Finger Extensions (Single and Group) 3. Thumb Stretching (Single and Permutations) 4. Coordination Exercise #1 5. Challenge #1  Instructions:  I\'m starting this series of videos with just hand exercises, they are pretty useful when it comes to warm up & cool down, or the way I\'ve used them for the last years: just when am away from my guitar and I want to keep my fingers busy during the day.  You can follow this same exact order, as a rutine, you for the Warm Up, Finger Extensions and Coordination Exercises you need to have your Thumb Extended BUT relaxed, and try to avoid helping from the other hand or fingers.  As a word of advice, start SLOW, make sure you are properly warmed up before speed things up. Try this with just one hand at the time, and while doing this, focus on have your \"not working hand\" relaxed, try to avoid all the sympathetic movements, this will definitely help you on both: Coordination and Independence, then try both hands at the same time, and focus on a decent coordination.
